Lake Hamilton House: Boat Slip, Guest House, Outside Kitchen, Fire Pit & 4 Decks!

"The Peninsula" is a renovated home you're going to love! Enjoy time on Lake Hamilton in this house that comes complete with a covered boat dock, a ladder for swimming, and multiple levels of decks for entertaining. The main house sleeps up to seven people and the guest cottage (extra charge) sleeps two more people in the king-sized bed. Launch your boat at nearby Entergy Park and park it in our slip. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with an additional living area/bunk room downstairs along with another private bedroom and bathroom.

Park your vehicle in our double carport. Take a deep breath. Exhale. You're now at the lake and the whole house is yours! We have parking for an additional four cars in the extra-large driveway.  

Upon entering the house using a keypad code, you'll be unlocking a whole world of fun and relaxation. On the main level, you'll find a bedroom with a super comfortable king bed, a bathroom filled with natural light from the skylight above, a living area with a perfect sectional sofa for lounging in front of the TV, a kitchen ready for cooking (or for storing those drinks for your ice chest), and a one-of-a-kind extra-large table and banquette for seating for everyone! Step out onto the deck and you'll see the two decks below, all overlooking beautiful Lake Hamilton.  

Downstairs, you will find a built-in bunk bed nestled in the corner of the second spacious living room. A full-size washer and dryer are available for washing those swimsuits and towels after a day out on the lake. Another bedroom with a king bed and a full-size bathroom will also be found on this level.  

Exit the back sliding glass doors and walk out onto a covered patio with bar seating for four. Look to the left and you'll find our hidden gem. It's considered our third bedroom and bathroom, but you'll find it in the form of a very private cottage complete with an outdoor kitchen! This space is perfect for those wanting a little more privacy away from the rest of the house. You'll enjoy sleeping in this king-sized bed perfect for two.  

The fenced backyard provides a private oasis for you and your guests. Our lakefront fire pit will keep you warm on cool nights. Enjoy parking your boat (or your boat rental) in the covered boat dock from March through November. The boat slip is available at no extra charge. The lake is drawn down 3 to 8 feet November 1 through March 10 each year making the boat slip and dock fishing unavailable.

We have plenty of parking for up to 6 cars. Don't want to drive? Uber, Lyft, and Hot Springs Taxi operate in and around Hot Springs.
